  1. After selecting your time slot above and completing the questionnaire, you will hear back from me within 24-48 hours.

  2. I will send you a contract and invoice via email.

  3. Review and sign the contract.

  4. Review the invoice. Make sure the package you selected in the above questionnaire if the correct one on the invoice.

  5. Pay the 35% non-refundable retainer. The remaining 65% will be due the day before your scheduled session.
